- Payday Loans in Colorado
Payday loans in Colorado are generally permitted under Colorado Code Section 5-3.1-101. A payday lender in Colorado is limited to loans of less than $500. Further, no total loan amount may exceed $575. (…)

Payday loans in California are generally permitted. However, a payday lender in California is limited to loan amounts less than $400. A lender may charge a fee for a payday loan, but it cannot exceed 15 percent of the face amount of the check or the amount of the loan. (…)

Payday loans in Arkansas are generally permitted by Arkansas Law Section 23-52-101, however payday loans in Arkansas are limited to loan amounts under $400.
