Payday loans in Arkansas are generally permitted by Arkansas Law Section 23-52-101, however payday loans in Arkansas are limited to loan amounts under $400.  A payday lender in Arkansas cannot charge a fee in excess of 10 percent of the face amount of any personal check or money order and, an additional fee not to exceed $10.
