Payday Loans in Colorado

Payday loans in Colorado are generally permitted under Colorado Code Section 5-3.1-101.  A payday lender in Colorado is limited to loans of less than $500.  Further, no total loan amount may exceed $575. The fees charged by a payday lender in Colorado may not exceed 20 percent of the first $300 loaned plus seven and one-half percent of any amount loaned in excess of $300.
